This weeks Micro Practice is the Breath of Light.
Sit with your eyes closed.
Take 7 sips of breath (without exhaling between sips)
Each sip at one of the seven energy points/chakras beginning with your root-or sit bone.
Envision light pulsing through each of these seven energy points as you sip.
When you reach the crown or 7th energy point, after your sip, HOLD for 2-3 seconds and then
EXHALE through your mouth or nostrils.
Repeat several times until you feel invigorated and clear.
