Siddhi and I would like to share several ‘MICRO PRACTICES’ with you.
Micro practices are short simple disciplines such as mantras, mudras, chants, pranayama. These micro practices are meant to be 3-5 minutes or so and can be incorporated anytime, multiple times throughout the day. The aim is to become the practice. Become open hearted, compassionate, aware and in your highest spiritual power every waking moment. It is not only the time we spend on “THE MAT” but also our SOULSET-what we set as our souls highest expression. If you practice love unceasingly, you become LOVE.
Micro Practice #1 For the Heart, Magnetism and Vitality
Hold the mudra below, keeping your elbows against your body, extend your forearms in front of you parallel to the ground. Make outward circles with both hands while holding the mudra. Move at the pace which is quick enough to stimulate the energy flow thorough your body. Breathe in and out through your nostrils. When you stop, inhale the breath for a moment, exhale and feel the racing energy as it moves in you. Practice for 3 minutes. Also can be viewed on our Sangha videos.

Micro Practice #2 Energizing the Heart Center
Sit on a chair or the floor1crosslegged, if you can, and hold the mudra below, just at your heart level. Breathe in and out through your nostrils. On the inhalation visualize white light coming in through the triangle and into your heart center. On your exhalation send white light from your heart center out into the world. Be present of letting light in as well as sharing your light. In this mudra you balance the air and fire element within yourself, increasing inner calm, a sense of belonging and interconnectedness. Also can be viewed on our Sangha videos.
Practice for 7 minutes.

Micro Practice #3 Mantras
Mantras can be very powerful when listened to, even without chanting. I like to use Spotify as it gives me endless choices of musicians, styles and I create mantra playlists of my favorites.
Mantra for removing obstacles.
In this time of many obstacles to our movement, and expression into the world a powerful mantra is to the Hindu God Ganesh~the dispeller of obstacles. I like the recording below from Spotify. I play it on my phone, in the car, on my computer to keep my conscious and subconscious working for me, for my highest self!! Try it. EnJOY.
