28 MINUTE SESSION DAY 15
9 minutes (YES NINE-YOU’VE GOT THIS LADIES-this practice is cleansing your physical and energetic body and deepening your Shakti Energy) holding arm asana (see below-thumbs touching in mudra) while utilizing the breath technique (pranayama) of an inhale and exhale through your nose to a count of approximately 11 (5.5 count inhale/5.5 count exhale); repeating for the entire 9 minutes while hands are held four to six inches above the crown.
14 minutes dedicated to the establishment or tending of a home altar. Establishing a specific spot in your home where you can claim your spirit journey is a sweet offering to yourself. The spirit journey can be enjoyed through all of our senses. Create a space which speaks to the whole of you. Today select the location, it can be anywhere and any size. Where do you have space and where would you like to sit and offer gratitude, inquiry and love to the Divine Feminine Shakti energy in and around you? Collect the items which represent your spirit journey. Photos of family, friends, teachers on your spirit journey, statues, rocks, fruit, flowers, special fabrics, incense, oil lamp or candle ….what has meaning to you? We will take time to arrange tomorrow. If you already have an altar, take the 14 minutes today to clean your altar area. Dust, polish, move items off and rotate other items onto the altar. It is beautiful to witness the swami’s and maa’s cleaning the temple and dieties on a regular basis. The devotion and love is palatable. Letting your altar reflect who you are TODAY requires that you sink into yourself and see where you are today. How might you combine special items that bring you Peace, Joy and Contemplation? Each new day brings us the opportunity to calibrate anew and ask what it is that we need in this moment. Trust yourself.
5 minutes (Spotify Playlist): Enjoy the words and vibration of these Heart/Devotional Songs #15-#21, one per day. https://open.spotify.com/playlist/6ziDeX2VMVGjVI5HzDRhFq?si=48a4fe596858460b Each day while listing to the spotify song, sit in the area where your altar is emerging or already established. Let your devotion and intention seed the space with potential for your healing and JOY. Sit comfortably in front of the altar and feel the energy pass between you and what you are manifesting.
Make the juice recipe above for your gift of sustenance and health to yourself.!!!
Day 16
Same as Day 1 with exception of tending of the altar. Today arrange your altar with your items and include the fresh flowers. Decorate the altar space with the flowers in circles, triangles and other designs which please you.
Day 17
Same as Day 1 with the exception of the altar. Today light the lamp or candle with your eyes open or closed and drink in the beauty of the space you have created for yourself. Let thoughts and feelings flow freely through you. No need to control anything. All sensations are kindling for your fire.
Day 18
Same as Day 1 with the exception of the altar. Light the lamp on your altar and hold the mudra below for the 5 of the 14 minutes in front of your altar. The remaining time simply sit with the pleasure of silence.

Day 19
Same as Day 1 with the exception of the altar. Light the lamp on your altar and spend the 14 minutes in front of your altar writing. Write whatever comes into you mind. The thoughts may or may not connect. Simply trust the words and let them flow. When you are finished, fold up the paper and place on your altar with reverence and love. Somewhere in those words are stars of healing, hope and possibility for you.
Day 20
Same as Day 1 with the exception of the altar. Light the lamp on your altar and spend the 14 minutes in front of your altar praying-for yourself, your family, for all sentient beings. Pray for the healing of our planet.
Day 21
Same as Day 1 with the exception of the altar. Light the lamp on your altar and read the writing from two days ago. What was streaming through you? Is it still true today? Is there anything you would like to add? If so, continue writing. P E A C E V I T A L I T Y L O V E T R U S T
