Cancellation Policy

Bookings for classes, courses, and retreats through Shared Wisdom and The Fragrance of Joy are intended to support learning, reflection, and community participation. For online gatherings and drop-in classes, participants may cancel their booking up to 24 hours in advance. Because many offerings are community-based and space is limited, refunds are generally not provided for missed sessions. For multi-session courses and retreats, registration confirms your place in the program. If you are unable to attend a session, recordings may be provided when available. In rare circumstances where an offering must be canceled or rescheduled by Shared Wisdom or The Fragrance of Joy, participants will be notified and offered the option to attend a rescheduled session or receive a refund where applicable. Shared Wisdom / Fragrance of Joy operates as a nonprofit organization. Registrations for classes, programs, retreats, and memberships through this website are considered charitable contributions that support the mission and programs of the organization. Because these contributions support the ongoing work and community offerings of Shared Wisdom / Fragrance of Joy, payments are generally non-refundable unless a program or event is canceled by the organization.
